Alarm systems can’t detect water leaks, insect infestation, furnace problems, or other serious home issues — Total Security and Safety can and will. If any of the above listed issues are found, Total Security and Safety will and contact you ( or your emergency contact) IMMEDIATELY.

​All Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and retainer must be deposited (with Total Security and Safety) for all requested services before service can begin.
